Today we celebrated all of the wonderful women in our lives! Our student council surprised everyone with a purple-coloured snack for the day that’s in it!
The label attached, which recognised the contributions of women in our lives and worldwide was designed by senior council member, Shamsa Abdullahi.
Well done to another group of women in our Junior school who took part in Dragon’s Den in De La Salle yesterday for World Book Day. Each one of them impressed the judges and picked up some prizes for their contributions. Nancy Coleman in 1st place, Abbie McElroy in 3rd place and Dooa Elhag in 4th. Such a great achievement for all 12 students involved!
Thank you to their teacher Ms Boylan for organising this incredibly worthwhile experience and to our neighbours in De La Salle for hosting this fun event!
